How leader see the invisible!!!!

The one thing that distinguishes great leaders from also-rans is the power, depth, and breadth of their vision.

Vision is a strange concept. It's much more than just a goal or purpose. Goals simply state what we aim to achieve. Visions paint a fuller picture describing our most cherished dreams, hopes and possibilities.

1. Seeing Possibilities. The ability to see possibilities that others don't see is one of the hallmarks of great leaders. Where most of us see just a consignment of goods, leaders see an exciting product that can change someone's life. Where most of us see an office with space for desks and filing cabinets, leaders see a place where teams can do groundbreaking work. Where most of us see people with names and titles, leaders see budding organizational champions. As George Bernard Shaw said, "Some people see things as they are and ask "Why?" I see things that are not and ask "Why not?"".

2. Clear and Compelling. Management writer Warren Bennis was fascinated by the ability of leaders to see what the rest of us can't see. A few years ago, he carried out a study of 90 top leaders in the United States. They included the first man to set foot on the moon, Neil Armstrong. What Bennis discovered was that, despite their different backgrounds, disciplines, and circumstances, these people all had one thing in common: a clear and compelling vision of what they wanted to realize. To them, the vision wasn't at some point in the future. It was right in front of their eyes.

3. A Vision without Limits. The truly great leaders don't put limits on their vision. They go for the biggest dream they can imagine even if it is only realized at some time in the future when they are no longer around. There is a story about the filmmaker Walt Disney who died six years before the opening of the first Disney World. At the opening ceremony, two Disney executives were sitting together. One said, "Too bad Walt couldn't have been here to see this." The other replied, "You're wrong. Walt did see it. That's why it's here.". While most of us see no more than three months ahead, outstanding leaders can see several years ahead. Elliott Jaques of Brunel University believed that one person in a million could see 20 years ahead. The Japanese industrialist Konosuke Matsushita even has a 250-year plan for his business.

4. Drawing Others In. Leaders do more than have a vision of what is possible; they articulate it and draw others in. They do this through metaphor, images, and by triggering the innate desire of all people to be part of something big. Compare the visions of the two leading soft-drinks companies in America in the 1920's. One was a Boston-based company called Moxies. Their stated aim was "to sell herb-based drinks". Nothing to get excited about there. The other company's vision was "to quench the thirst of a nation". That company was Coca Cola. Today, nobody remembers Moxies.

5. Action. Without action, visions are just dreams. They are creations of our imagination, no more. But with action and the ability to see the steps from where we are now to where we can be, dreams become reality. In Shell UK, managers are taught to develop a quality known as "helicopter vision". This is the ability to see across three time zones of the future, as if in a hovering helicopter. From here, you can see the near plains, the middle range foothills and the distant peaks. Being able to see all three zones at once harmonizes your tactical actions, your operational planning and your overall strategy. There is a clear map to the realization of the vision.

We all dream but few of us remember our dreams let alone act on them. But leaders are different. They make a difference to our daily lives and our collective lives. They do this by capturing our dreams, nurturing them with care, and in the fullness of time helping us bring them to the glorious light of day.

India to be in Future depend on us.

India a name known for all different and good reasons in all over world.......But this time every corner of the world is looking here after a tragedies terrorist attack in Mumbai(The finance city of India) on 26/11 a horror full show then 9/11.
KANAK salutes the real hero of this war who proved that they are best in every situation .But we also accept that we are little bit unorganized (We will be better in future no doubt for that).

Today I am feeling great while writing this article that I also have some power of words to express................

I don't know my thought is well shaped or not but it has some shape that is sure and I will keep this momentum up till i am in this world......

So know as a KANAK group we have to take the responsibility of our India. What I think as a kanak member is that we should strength ourselves with power of expression and try to help other people to be expressive........

Let's make India proud to be having KANAK and KANAKIANS.

Deepak Bike's Story at Kanak Meet

Deepak ,one of the lovely member of the group came to behror from jhunjhnoo directly on bike.,His famous tvs bike, 2002 model...When we start our journey from behror to neemrana we had three bike and 8 people ..later in between the way one bike got punctured so left was one of mine and one of deepak and we were 6 now as two were there to repair the bike..
My bike is powerful altough it has no break ,no horn and head light is 24 hours on..When we coming back from neemrana to behror then i started with full speed so deepak tried to overtake me and he also started with full speed but we overtook them and we reached behror very early meanwhile we thought they might be coming later we came to know that when deepak was driving fast to compete us and 3 person were sitting on the bike so the start plug of the bike got fused and they struck in the middle of the highway and ther was nothing here and there...Yogesh and kamlesh were the other members sharing the bike..I started from behror on bike to help them...When i reached there i saw all three were tired and were angry over the bike and infact deepak was about to vomit and he was kicking his bike to start ..Then what we did deepak took my bike and i sat on deepak bike and kamlesh handled deepak bike and yogesh sat behind and deepak started and i grab yogesh hand and the journey started it was awesome moment..people were looking at us,they way we are carrying the second bike...later our second bike got momentum and we happily reached to behror..I felt a little problem in hand as i was carrying yogesh hand to made them forward..so it was one of the best part of the kanak meet so i narrate it so that you knew that evrything happened there was not perfect..we faced this situation as well

3rd Kanak meet --Reunion of New Thoughts and old Friendship

After much of the deadly await and all finally it happened and it happened with a bang !!
The D -Day was 31st Oct and i was getting series of call from all  like what is the time to come??
Where to come?? what to bring?? It was something like a big festival..Me and rathi were roaming for the day since morning arranging the items ..We asked vikas to arrange the cake and asked ashu for flowers and ice cream and to arrange the bikes .We arranged the Laptop, sound system, sleeping arrangements, playing arrangement and food items.

People joined us finally near to 7 .You know all was so excited to meet and were seeing each other after one or 2 years..Vikas comment was "is this behror" as since Vikas left behror in 2006 after that tremendous change happened..We all gathered first and went to ghanshyam home..first destination..Vikas and Yogesh came from kherli and alwar ..kamlesh came from jaipur and deepak joined us from jhunjhnoo and we invited moon ,lokesh yadav and sharad(rathi friend) to join us...We started for our famous dinner at Mayur Dhaba and that uncle,Hotel owner when he saw us bonded even after 2 years of college ,he was more than happy and felt himself proud as we are choosing his hotel only for the dinner instead of lots of big hotels in the town...

Kanakians started the party with official drinks and snacks..The official way to celebrate the get together..Everyone one was on high spirits that day..After having enough of that the
We started our supper with flower ceremony ,bouquet was presented to all and then a lovely cake was cut..Lot of fight happened for who cut the cake and later everyone joined to cut the cake and ate the yummy cake. then we ordered for dinner including our famous dal, mali kofta, paneer sabi and diff type of chapati...Kanakians were remembering Abhishek when butter is ordered as On one of the abhishek bday treat we all ate 3 butter, highest ever and he was in state of shock..from 1/2 or one butter to 3 butter Then we had lovely choclate and headed for the Agarwal Bhawan on bikes where all arrangements are done ..
The moment we reached inside, kanakians started playing Table Tennis and some of them working on Laptop..
A tournament is held and i won in the championship..and then followed by Dance ..People were missing they lovely dancer Gaurav Bansal...Then started Our famous game to beat anyone by puttin rajai(quilt) on anyone and all will beat him..It started with catching of Deepak and then spread over .Yogesh is being beaten 3 times..Every time he start planning with anyone...he only put that rajai over him..I also caught once and were thorughly beaten....Vikas and Ashu were heros of the game for putting rajai over anyone..Then
after award given ceremony started and the gift was open and it was the awesome cup which have photos of all kanakians on it and with the date...It was made at bangalore.

Then the famous debate started near 2 o clock between Sandeep Rathi and Deepak Vashistha ..over mahabharta and ramayana and i was shocked over their knowledge then we slept by 4 then got up 6.30 as we all have to see our land and then we started on our bike at 7.30 with hot samosa and pyaj kachoris and then we stopped at one dhaba and discussed over the topics for 45 mintues .Had tea and samosa's then we reached the Vian City...Kankians were excited and happy to see their land..they photographed themselves there and then it has been planned to visit the college..We went to visit the college and shocked see lots of newly constructed buildings and our college were expanding like anything..

Then after that we happily see off all kanakians..We all are happy to had just lovely moments .
It was just lovely day to spend with friends .It was seemed to be another diwali for us!!!!!!!
I wish this day come again  ever in life soon

What is Kanak???

Its has been asked to me and my friends(kanakians) numerous times that what is kanak??
from where this word come??why u call urself as kanakians??what u will get??From where this started ??Why it is started?? and lot more questions in the row.
i sometime wonder that why people ask lots of questions but some other way they are right..Its human mentality that if they get to know something then they also want to know. What is this and why it is??
So lets start discussing the topic KANAK..Kanak basically means Gold, wheat(Dhan,a more specific word)..One day we all friends were sitting together at heart of India(Delhi) and thinking of the future plans so thought if we have to name something of any organization which represents us..so Kanak this word came in the mind of our friend ghanshyam and its started then we discussed why it is suitable..he has lots of points to prove as we are once called sone ki chidiya..and we are also a country where agriculture is the prime job of people..so there should be something which will best represent us belonging to our country as a whole..so clubbing the technology with india's main source of income and with india heritage..it will best represent as kanak as its not about ours but its also about our nation where we brought up..We owe a lot from our country so we should do something for the nation so this kanak group started with the motto for doing something best in the industry and to train young mind towards technology..

Now why it started..During our college we need mobile as to communicate friends and for the resume purpose as well and moreover it has become the status symbol during college times so we started the operation mobile and we achieved as well and we all had new mobile till the end of third year..This opeartion has boost us our energy to next level So when college was about to finish we were thinking will our friendship go as it is , as we will be involved in our personal lives so its decided there should be a common platform which primarily binds our friendship first then we will do something for ourselves..So finally this kanak group has come into picture on October end 2006 ,after leaving the college we had a first meeting at our favorite Mayur Dhaba..There our thought process started and still we are proud that we still all our very close friends after two years leaving the college..our other friends surprises about this and infact our family are proud on us that we are so good friends and we are going ahead with some motto...
This is all kanak story..Friendship with a direction, with a aim to grow yourself and taking others with you also to grow..Somebody said we are the wind which comes and blows everything..if somebody wants to fly with us they are welcome otherwise they have no option other than seeing us blowing and blowing high

The most amazing reply was from Abhishek and infact called me from Africa to let me know his mind status after seeing the image..He was just amazed and speechless...I was also speechless thinking such a small 2 minute work make my friends so happy,i never thought of..Hope i continue the same spirit of giving my friends the same happiness

Yogesh..The Rising Hero!!!!!!

Hi
This post is especially written to dedicate Yogesh(Core member of kanak group)..I don't know, he got enough potential from somewhere and its really worth praising him for the work he is doing and the efforts he is putting in...
I(Ankur) personally asked him for mission bhoomi revenue management and he achieved two target within deadline by depositing his money first...I asked him for blogs he is ready to write blog always..Finally I asked him to test our project(agarwal travels).. and he did it so well and he told me he did it in 10 minutes ...that we all were surprised to know...what is this man!!!Testing in such a professional way...we ourselves have not developed it such professionally..He is a gem amongst us...He clearly attached the screen shot and marked the problem area with circles..he mentioned the points to regenerate the bug...He just did smoke test...If he has to do complete test then he may blast our site with lots of issue which may certainly take more time to fix rather than the time to develop that.

Last but not the least today morning the issue is going on of donating the amount to bihar flood areas and i was totally opposed to it because it was conflicting the kanak values...
But the way he replied the mail..he really blasted me and i was forced to think who is right
here are some excerpt

"I was asking them this"
"Donating through icici is ok but we don’t know how they will use it. what they will do. if they give some kind of assurance then I can go for it.."

He replied
"Want to tell you one thing..every month we are paying income tax to govt.Govt tells that the paying money is using for us only..for a good roads, schools etc..but u all better know about india education/Roads..you never asked that question to govt and paying money without any concern..then why did you ask that question to us..because we are easily approachable,we can listen what you want to say..If govt starts a policy for this means if they start cutting tax for this then what will you do..will you ask the same question to them..if your company starts the same things to help for them then will you ask the same questions to them..i know you won't..so my dear friend..please supports us to take initiative to help them.atleast issi bahane dil ko tassali to ho jayegi ki hamne bhi kuch kiya hai.."

Good Job Buddy....Hope You continue the same spirit in near future

Google Chrome- Revolution among Browsers

Yesterday Google announced in an official blogpost that it would be launching its own web browser called Chrome which would be available for download today (Sept 2, 2008).
Would this be yet another web browser? or will it change the world? Only time will tell.
Since the Chrome is not yet available for download, you can see this excellent
commic book by Google explaining about Chrome.
Web browsers are programmes that allow computer users to navigate the internet. If Chrome is well-received, Google - which is already the top earner from online advertising and also offers programmes and services from e-mail to office software to virtually the entire globe - would further solidify its position in the industry.
For the last few years, Mozilla’s open-source browser Firefox has been eating into Microsoft’s Internet Explorer’s market share. It is not yet clear how Google’s Chrome will effect the equation. Will it tap into the ‘advanced users’ who are mostly Firefox users? or would it really walk the extra mile and target the regular users who are usually on Internet Explorer.
A few years ago, Google used its army of publishers using Adsense to promote Firefox bundled with Google’s toolbar, it is quite likely for Google to use attractive packages for Adsense publishers to promote Chrome.
From the Comic book, Chrome makes uses of multiple processes, where each tab runs on a separate process. Unlike Firefox, if one tab freezes, Chrome can simply close that tab, not affecting the running of other tabs or the browser as a whole.
Anything by Google is usually received with big hype, lets wait and watch, perhaps Chrome can break Firefox’s record of most downloaded software in a single day.
When Chrome gets available for download, it is likely to be available at http://code.google.com/p/chrome/
You can know more at

Bravo Kamlesh!!!!

Infact Kanak Group should personally congratulate all for taking pain depositing amount for next target..Whether its Yogesh who took all pain and anyhow deposited 25k to be the flag bearer of the group..or whether is vikas and gaurav who collected from here and there some good amount for the group..whether its deepak who deposited early 14k before the salary..whether its ghanshyam and baljeet who is going through all process of taking loan for the kanak mission bhoomi..whether its abhishek ,sandeep who without thinking of anything else deposited everything in one shot...But the main motivator among is our young dyanmic Kamlesh Babu, who is infact married and its typical for him to gather the amount other than family constraints but seriously he has done a good job and sets an example for us for the future..He infact first deposited 10k and same month deposited again 5k and after that also he told others he will be submitting soon...This is really a terrific work ..Kanak Group Persoanlly feels satisfied by having a member like you in the Team....
Hats off to Kamlesh Spirits!!!!!
Three Cheers for Kamlesh

Difference between Resume and CV

A résumé or curriculum vitæ (CV) (from Latin "the course of one's life or career") is a document containing a summary or listing of relevant job experience and education, usually for the purpose of obtaining an interview when seeking employment.
Often the résumé or CV is the first item that a potential employer encounters regarding the job seeker, and therefore a large amount of importance is often ascribed to it.
Traditionally, résumés have been, like careers themselves, oriented towards what a person has accomplished thus far.
What is targeted resume? In most contemporary career consulting the trend is to fashion the document towards what that person can accomplish in a particular job. This is sometimes called a 'targeted résumé'.
The major difference between a curriculum vitae and a resume is the scope of the content. A curriculum vitae generally has a much wider scope, covering areas of your life and background that a resume won't.
1. A curriculum vitae is generally a much longer document, commonly ranging anywhere from five to ten or more pages in length. A CV gives the employer a bigger picture of you as a person as well as you as a worker.
2. A resume is a brief, to the point, fact-by-fact analysis of your educational and professional life.
3. The word résumé (often spelled resumé or resume) is used especially in the United States and in English Canada; the Latin term curriculum vitæ (often abbreviated CV) is instead used in the United Kingdom, Ireland, New Zealand, French Canada and some Commonwealth countries, as well as in the academic fields in North America, and in many languages other than English. In some regions (such as Australia and India ) CV and résumé are used interchangeably.
