As Discussed with sandeep that we have received the recepit of the deposited money which we had given for buying the land. and
regarding the registery. once whe will deposited rest of the money then will get the registry.of land. and as sandeep shared that now we are in profit.

In this the Ghannu have Confusion that and some of the prob has been fixed.or soon ghannu will send the some giudlines.

As u got the mail that Baljeet have given the great idea regarding the View of Engg collge in Rajasthan.

There we will place our all previous content and make it more powerful….
As we discuss about mission bhoomi, we will hold this land for some more time, as now a days market condition are nt so good, even in this situatiion we are getting profit, so wait for some more time, we may get a gr8 profit…..
From my side, as I am trying to initiate a new web portal, if got premision from you all….need your commitment that you will fully partycipate into that….
Even daily we need to update that….checking mails and need to make new contact……
So those guys, who are able to access internet full time, please copperate into this, as we need full internet support…।as this will give you some good progit, but things will take time……we need to make it populer….

On my birthday one sided that my birthday was celebrating by our management team.. and that time i was getting the calls from the reception 2-3 times....... but i couldn’t picked.......... bz all people were belong to Top managment..( like Sr VP/ GM/DGM),,,,,,,,,,,they were celebrating......
but after celebrating once again i got the call. And she was saying some body is waiting for you with cake & bouquet at that time i was so excited. Yeah, Idea is superb. Hats off to all great ideas but feeling scary shall we implement it or not? As this is recession time but making sure we will implement is later or sooner.
As you all heard that proverb "A journey of a thousand miles Begins with a single step।" We started our journey three years ago but feel like we are still there only, moved only 2-3 steps ahead[Mission tijori, Mission Bhumi….]. Still the destiny is so far so guys please charge yourself and move towards destiny fast as we don’t have much time.

As we know that in our group we all are from technical IT background and doing the job in different -2 domain ... domain like :
Software IT domain/telecom IT Domain/ Education domain........ As u aware that most of the people/jobseeker are searching the job either they are freshers or having expeirnced in respective domain..

I would like to explain this my idea to take one exmple. Suppose u got the CV of fresher or experienced person .. he/she want to be do the job or want to be changes his/her respectively domain
. as u know every kanak member doing the job in well reputed company and getting good package.. and also whatever now we have achieved . its all results of our competanacy.
but one thing i would tell u apart form that in before entering in any company/field , needs the references ." the refernce word is most important " either the people are changing the job through the job consultant or any reference.
I believe everyone have good PR , so everybody knows /or findout that in this compnay the vacency is open or will be opening... and at that time to tell them to job hunting pesron,,
" that we have a consultant ,,So i will forward your CV to *** Company through the "KANAK JOB CONSULTANT"॥

Small scale:-
if he/she will be get the opporitnuity then tell them, you have to pay ( example says)5000/- money, even i know we feel that " It will be very cheap to take the money if the person is very closed.
but let me tell u this things we can convey that" we have opened the KANAK helping hands" and describe about it. so for this if u wana give some money ; its benficial for kanak helping hands and we can say over all benfit will goes to kanak group.
Large scale:-
So before implementing this , first we have to implement this on small scale.
for this we have to communicate directly with company or for that we have to be resgister or need to be make the website and have to be invest some money..So first we have to be focus on small scale.
I know this mail i m sending wrong time as all aware the recession is going on,..so first we have to save of own job rather then for others. if we think that we can start or can give the benifit to kanak group......
Guys this is my idea .. so i wanna the response from everyone .. suggestions are always valuable....

Baljeet's Idea for changing the view of Rajasthan Colleges

Below is my mail conversation about one idea..which baljeet had intitated..guys please read this and suggest what all you say

I am not able to access this site, but I know one think….I am focusing on the Rajasthan level college.. and the main points is, if they provide that’s batter…..the main purpose if to college students view…We will create a gr8 database for all the colleges….. we invite the guys to come and post their view about their view..what they like what not..as we get numbers of view about each and every college, we may try to contact the colleges and asked them to come and put your comments…good points about your college….

 Also they will advertise about their college… yar ok, may be mention linked site contain some view, but we will lace this site for specific area…as gmail, yahoo, rediff all are internet site, provide almost same usages, but bases on their specific area they are the best…. That’s all…. Ek bar soch le, even  I also found the ready to use software, we simply need to paste it over there…and a gr8 site will start…If we get few post in a month, that’s a gr8 achievement for us… Rest I will explain you on call…. At list blog pe to post ker dena

 "A new idea that will change the view of Rajasthan College....I know heading might before you to read more about this article. Yes it’s about to developing a new portal. This the common place where people will come and came to know about all Rajasthan university engg. Colleges....

 On this particular concern, we will start a blog (not a simple but very complicated, very vast), that cover all Rajasthan Engg. College Contain the view of all the college, contain polls, new placement activity etc...

1.       Portal named as http://enggcollegereview.com/  (we will decide the well suitable name)...

2.       Put some comments about all engg. Colleges, written by their college student (as we have friends from all the college's so we will ask them to come and blog here), put there points and review about their college.

3.        We will invite the college community guys from all the college and asked them to read and put some comments about interested blog...

4.        This site will contain all the latest information about all the Rajasthan College, first we will restrict this to Rajasthan level only, if later point of time found success, do it for global level....

5.        this will improve our image in all college, as we will contact to all college management to put their view and ideas, how their college is best, what they are doing, what’s there goal.....etc

6.        As we know during the admission time, parents are searching for some particular site where they can get more details about the good college. So this will become a common place.

As per the cost factor, we only need to investment some 2k, for domain registration and web space….That’s all, after that we only need to connect people...The main advantage of doing this is just to publish our self and our portal.... also as we get publicity colleges will give us advertisement, through which we will generate a good revenue.. By the time we will place google ads and will generate revenue form there...I know the way written might be confusing, but my vision is very clear... so guys please start thinking about this... it’s not a very big deal to implement, but really big to get fame....Waiting for your reply, on this blog comments portion...now take your time, think and then we will implement."

Thoughts of my Mind!!!(Mail by Yogesh)

This is a mail writeup written by Yogesh today,after small difference created between ours as who works for the group and who doesnot.Even no replies came for the mail..Well whatever may be the case but we should now focus more on work rather pinpointing anyone..Whatever you are doing for Kanak ,you are personally developing yourself as well..So go ahead all with good thoughts with no bad remarks for anyone

Now come to the point, to be very frankly when I heard that sentence “Who the hell are you asking that question” I was really astonished. Really I never expect that. Everyone was talking about there issues and concerns and I just asked one simple question. Before completing the question, I got that punch. Someone had asked what I have done till now for Kanak Group. Not blaming only him I think everyone had the same question in their mind. If you all think the same that I have done nothing and doing nothing, then really I don’t know what I should say. Instead of listen the full question some one blasted. I think that some one is doing all the things for kanak group and we (especially me) are getting benefit and appreciation because of him. So sorry dude, I will never take that. You carry on with your great work …I know you are doing great job, good… I’m clapping for you and should clap but don’t think that we are doing nothing…

 Just sending a mail regarding the status updates and asking what you are doing ,what you have done till now blah blah blah…I can also send that mail and infect daily but sorry I don’t want to interfere …you carry on and keep sending mails…

 So I don’t want to hear that word again because I can’t listen that word…it’s like someone is pinpointing on me…I would like to know that who else has done something great or doing great…why everyone started blaming on me that I have done nothing….don’t know which script he was talking about and don’t know which mail I did not reply. I far as I know I had replied each and every single mail…may be some delay could be.. 

So Vikas, please do take care with MF task… as you know that I am not doing anything and have not done anything… so please go ahead that grab it … Ankur can help you in this…as I don’t have any info about the MF details please look into the latest month excel sheet…

The word I have written can be harsh but what I thought after hearing the sentence I have written everything…”I DID NOTHING….DOING NOTHING…WOULD DO NOTHING (I think everyone thinks the same as I think)…”

Yesterday i was searching something at home and i opened my briefcase to search. I saw the cup which kanak group gifted me on 3rd meeting of Kanak Group.The moment i saw the cup ,i really can't describe what was i feeling that time.My eyes were full with tears,can't tell you how much i was/am missing you all(Abhishek,kamlesh,Sandeep... everyone).I was thinking when we all will meet again and celebrate. 

Woh abhishek se ladayi(khana banane par),woh kamlesh se ladayi(uski kanjusi par),woh ankur ka chata(computer lab ke samne) phir ankur ka aake mujhe manana..woh ballu ka marna(sala kahi bhi kisi ke samne bhi lena shuru kar deta tha)..woh jhatka(sorry dear but i like that name) ki bowling aur priyanka ke liye pagalpan...woh aashu bhai ki dukaan par jake cold drink peena aur mayur dhabe be jake jorr jorr se chillana..waiter ko tip dena aur bill mein thodi hera phery karwana..woh hamesha dhabe ke malik se ladna...woh ghannu ke ghar jake project banana..seminar ki tyari karna..files ka printout nikalwala...woh gaurav ke sath sona(guys please don't take it wrong,i'm straight) ,woh gaurav ke sath maje karna..ankur ke b**s bheech bheech ke bhag jana..phir uska hamare peeche pagal kutte ki tarah dodna...woh vikas ki harddisk ka data copy karke RnD karna..phir vikas ko satana..Vikas ki woh hostel ki khabarein ki aaj ojha,manish kya kar rahe hai..woh exam mein ratein kali karna..woh practicle mein farrre use karna..woh abhishek ke chinne munne pate par hath lagana..woh pohe,woh chai...woh ankur ko canteen mein kabhi dekhna aur dodte huye jana....woh teacher se maska lagana..woh ladkiyo ke liye rat rat bhar batein karna..woh sandeep ka raaz...woh kitabo ki aawaz..exam mein mombatti mein padhna..exam se ek din pahle wali rat ko keval pulao banana...exam mein sonam ke wish se darna(yar jab bhi woh wish karti thi mera paper hamesha khrab hota tha)..woh ankur ke ghar jake pao-bhaji khana..woh dhakad ke hath ka khana..woh ghannu ke ghar jake khana khana..woh ballu ki mom ki hath ki chai..woh papa ki dant..woh ajanta wali gali (ballu ki dukaan) ke samne khade hoke batein karna..woh ground mein khub uchal kud karna...ballu ka kutta(jacky) ke sath maje karna(miss u jacky)...woh sparsha ke liye ankur ka pyar...woh kratika ke liye kamlesh ka pyar...aur abhishek ka issi bat par lena..woh gangaram aur DC ka hamare ghar par aana aur abhishek ka unki lena start hona..woh sandeep ka style...woh dhola ki bike..woh abhishek and kamlesh ka gana(khaike paan banaras wala) aur hamara unka majak banana…(sorry abhishek and kamlesh but it was not intentional)..woh Ankur ka present( sparsha ke liye) ko raat raat bhar dekh kar aanhe bharna..kya kalakari thi yar…hat off ..woh ballu ki exam ki tyari…who ghannu ki accounting(munim)..woh Gaurav ki chal..woh Vikas ka dhamaal..woh kamlesh ka aata lagana..woh mera sabji banana…woh sham ko sabji lene jana..aur phir 3 ghante mein aana…

 Yar sab cheeze aaj bhi yu ki yu rakhi hai aankho ke samne...really i can't tell you anymore..aankho mein aansu aa gaye yar... Sorry If I missed anyone…maine apna personal experience likha hai tum sab logon ke sath..please share yours also.. yahi khatam karta hu yar..ek naye sire se phir se aaunga thode aur masalo ke sath..tab tak ke liye good bye .oopss...i should say.."HUM HAI RAHI PYAR KE PHIR MILENGE HASTE HASTE".

Steve Jobs(Apple’s CEO) Transcript

One of the Steve Jobs Transcripts which he had given in 2005 at Stanford University.In his address he had shared some of (exactly three) his own stories, which has given him the strength to be better one among the rest of the people. The theme of his address was very clear and compact. “Find what you love, trust your instincts and follow your heart”.

Here are some of the quoted lines that I really love to share with you from Job’s address. Worth a reading for the inspiration. If you want to win your life and to be a giant in your life, you should read and watch what Job’s address is all about.

This is something he shared about death and he pointed out how essential us to work hard for today, by imagine the day that we live in is the last day. He saying in his style,

No one wants to die. Even people who want to go to heaven don’t want to die to get there. And yet death is the destination we all share. No one has ever escaped it. And that is as it should be, because Death is very likely the single best invention of Life. It is Life’s change agent. It clears out the old to make way for the new. Right now the new is you, but someday not too long from now, you will gradually become the old and be cleared away. Sorry to be so dramatic, but it is quite true.

Your time is limited, so don’t waste it living someone else’s life. Don’t be trapped by dogma — which is living with the results of other people’s thinking. Don’t let the noise of others’ opinions drown out your own inner voice. And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. He also tells people to find what they love, and find the suitable thing for their life. He askes people to don’t stop searching what you have love for. Here is how he is saying…

My Weird Dream!!!

I should say this dream is weird for me as of now as its too early to say anything like this.But there are no boundation on one's dream ...One can dream like anything and in any ways unless its being seen when you are not sleeping..This is what i dream and wanted to dream that, KANAK might be nothing as of now and its just only depsoting 1000 a month as of now but who knows where we can reach and where it can take us....

Baljeet finally expressed love to his would be!!!

Yes guys you are right...I know what your are thinking of ...The same most frequent words which he used many of times for different category of girls .Now he first time to say to his would be(Antim) and mind you this time he said all witht the emotions so here it is ..."I Love You Antim"...Wow!!! According to the sources he was on seventh sky when he said these words and was very excited. He bought the news Tata Indicom postpaid to keep his love journey for the long track and for long duration every day.

Bhabi is from Rewari and she is book worm and Msc.Chemistry and very caring loving and lovely as one can easily interpret from the snap.You know what Bhabi has commented that Baljeet is very smart guy and ideal person which was looking for years and her friends also commented her the same as you are lucky that you got such a simple humble and cool fellow

Kanak Poll For the Sending Gifts to Kanakians on their Bday

Its a vibrant idea put forth by one of our kankian Gaurav Bansal that since we have been connected so long and we wish kanakian on their bday ..When our company does a lot on our Bday then why can we a small family cant celebrate our birthday altough we are sitting miles away from each other but it can be more fun and surpise for the one who gets it. I liked it and i put forwarded it but we want to know the decision from all.Baljeet started the Online polling at our site

 Kamlesh thinks that 

 "our first target should be to generate benefit from our kanak fund,

we always spend mony to our kanak meet it approx 5000/-rs per year
and if start birthday gift from our kanakfund that means 10 members will get gift it will also expence of 5000/- per year, so total expence will be 10,000/- ten thausand rupees,and this time we are not getting any profit"

Yogesh thinks that

"I think I should not ready to execute that plan as we are not earning any money yet and spending so much money. "

Abhishek commented as 

"I am also not in favor of spending money from kanak fund as we are not earning"

They are great visionaries of our group and from this polling and friends suggestions we also let this idea down(altough 70% were in favor) and we are not celebrating now from our kanak fund as our group is not earning something and we should not waste kanak money for these reason.

New Year New Hopes!!!!!

Yes its true that we enter in 2009 with lots of hope and lots of dreams. 

We always dream but we dont know how to implement and what to implement ,

we are just like river water it just flows in any direction,if any obstruction comes,starts flowing in other direction so we are not obvious for our goals and dreams .

By this way things never works and it wont work as well.So we have to set the targets for the year 2009 and there should be innnovative ideas from all and if you find it good and we cannot implement it now then also blog it..Later point of time down the line 2 years we may need your ideas and we can go back and see ur ideas and might be implement that.

So i hope all of us will come out with some great hope and ideas to take our group to the new height.

Lets set some targets for the year 2009.Please come up with the obvious targets and please try to adopt the habit of blogging..It will help you out in the long run in one way or another .

Last but not the least in Yogesh words i wanted to say this

I know the 4 things that I cannot recover The Stone...after the throw...

The Word...after it's said...

The Occasion...after the loss...

The time....after it's gone...

But we can make our tomorrow better with remember all these things.
